  • Manage stress through relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga. Stress can disrupt hormone levels and contribute to age-related diseases.
  • Talk to your doctor about hormone replacement therapy (HRT) if you’re experiencing severe symptoms related to menopause or other hormonal changes.
